How do lunch and learn seminars fit into an employee retention strategy?

Managing employee retention successfully is pivotal to the success of your organization. Paradigm Mortgage understands that a successful retaining strategy involves motivation. Employees that are offered additional life skills through lunch and learn seminars are less stressed and more satisfied. Specially when these seminars are geared towards providing them with life skills that can reduce outside of work stress.

How do you help my employees?

Lunch and Learn Seminars
Keep Your Employees Happy with Lunch and Learn Seminars

We host a number of Lunch and Learn seminars at company sites just like yours. You can be sure that the information your employees receive is a valuable resource that helps them make an educated home buying/refinancing decision .

Most of us didn’t learn anything about the home buying process in school. We have to find the information on our own and typically run into jargon that we don’t understand. Our Founder and CEO, Bill Van Dyke, has been helping people get their best mortgage for over 29 years. He developed Lunch and Learn Seminars to provide employers with an additional tool to motivate and retain Employees.

Your employees can expect to learn:

  • What they need to know about mortgages to be ready to buy a home
  • How to obtain their dream home with lower costs
  • The benefits of the Pre – Approval process
  • The secrets to refinancing at minimal cost…or even no costs
  • “Changes in the Market” update

What are people saying about the program?

Ms. Lynn Schneider, Director of Human Resources for National Data Corporation: “Employees not only got valuable information about mortgages in general, but also learned something about how to avoid unnecessary costs. The employees perceived these meetings as a benefit to them; National Data was happy about that employee good will; and the pizza was great, too!”

Ms. Karen Murray, Benefits Administrator for DCS Corporation: “Our employees enjoyed your seminar on getting the best mortgage. Due to the overwhelming response, we want to present this to our employees again next year.”

What types of employers have held these seminars?

  • Investment Firms (First Financial)
  • Government contractors (Obsidian Global)
  • Accounting firms (Cohn Reznick)
  • Government agencies (State Department)
  • Business groups (Silver Spring Chamber)
  • Consulting firms (Halliburton NUS)
  • Associations and PTAs

Is this a high-pressure sales presentation?

No, there is no commitment or obligation by either the host organization or the persons attending the presentation. We will not contact any person in attendance unless invited to do so.  Our Main goal is to provide your employees with the tools they need to get their best mortgage.

How long is the meeting?

It usually takes about 30 minutes for the presentation, however we can shorten it.  Typically, few people stay longer to ask specific personal questions.
